35 year old female presented with cervical lymphadenopathy and no B symptoms. Histology confirmed hodgkins disease. PET showed cervical and axillary lymphadenopathy, but no further areas of disease identified. Bloods showed FBC -normal, LDH 340, ESR 43. How would you treat this patient?
